Our clients are from a range of industries including Marketing & Events, Leisure, Transport, Property Maintenance, Engineering and Construction. Outsourcing can save a substantial amount of money in comparison to employing someone to undertake this role (employers national insurance, sickness, holidays etc) and other cost savings to consider are software licenses and associated stationery costs. If you currently outsource bookkeeping and payroll work to your Accountants, it is highly likely that you are paying accounts rates and we are confident that we can save you money. As we are dedicated to Bookkeeping & Payroll, your data will be processed on time, every time and will be ready to hand over to your Accountant at the year-end so they can concentrate on your Financial Statements and Tax Advice rather than the recording of transactions, which we will already have taken care of. We work closely with local Chartered Accountants and many of our clients have benefitted from their reasonable Accountancy Fees and Tax Advice - keeping your accounting records up to date should result in lower accountancy fees as there is less work to be done at your financial year end. This doesnt mean that you have to change your Accountant but it is another option for your consideration. We are equipped to undertake all aspects of Bookkeeping work including invoicing, credit control, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, CIS returns, management accounts and other reports as required. All in-year returns are submitted on-line. Our payroll service includes production of payslips, PAYENIC Calculations and, at the end of the tax year, production of P60s, Employers Annual Return and P11D Returns for Benefits & Expenses. The annual return and in-year starters and leavers are submitted on line so your employer records are always up to date. Most of our bookkeeping clients use our payroll service and have made substantial savings in comparison to fees they were paying previously. If you already have your own accounts department, please consider us for temporary cover - with our experience we can step in and complete the work quickly rather than you having to use temporary agency staff.
